Credits and Damages

Damages
Tickled Pink is always happy to provide credit or refunds on damaged items. Simply email us or return a credit form (included with your invoice upon delivery) via fax and we will provide credit for Net 30 customers or refunds to our credit card customers.

Credits
We want you to be fully satisfied with our product. If for any reason you would like to return an item, please email, call, or return a credit form via fax. We can only provide credit for items that are unused and in the same condition that you received it, with any price stickers or tags removed. For items you are returning for a reason other than damages, we will place credit on your account (not refund a credit card) that you can use on a future purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it is damaged. If the item is damaged we are happy to pay for return costs if that is needed, please check with us before shipping back, we may request that you destroy or donate the item instead.
